前にtraksy.comでも取材した、placardが今年も行われる。今回もSWOの古舘君、石田君らが運営を行っている。僕も参加したかったのだが、たまたま自分のライブと重なってしまった… 残念。以下に石田君からのメールを転載する。

2003年度より継続して開催して参りましたヘッドフォンミュージックフェスティバルLe Placard、2006年、今年も開催いたします! 今年はこれまでとは少し違う形での開催です。演奏者のみならず、ご自身でプラカーを開催してみたい、という方もあわせて募集しております。
現在、すでに東京での複数回の開催、また、京都、名古屋(バス!)での開催も決定しております。
開催してみたい、というかた向けのガイドも現在鋭意作成中です。興味ある方いらっしゃいましたら、お気軽にinfo@leplacard.jpまでお問い合わせください。

今年もヘッドフォン・ミュージック・フェスティバル「Le Placard(プラカー)」が始まりました!!
headphone music for headphone people(ヘッドフォンな人たちのためのヘッドフォン・ミュージック)と題うったこのフェスティバル。会場にはスピーカはなく、観客はヘッドフォンのみで演奏を聴きます。出演者は基本的に無審査公募制! 参加したい人はオンライン上でエントリー!!
パリを拠点に開催されるこのフェスティバルでは演奏はチャットやウェブカムでの映像を交えて、インターネットによって世界中の会場へと中継されます。
ヘッドフォンは、本来一人で音楽を聴くためのものですが、このフェスティバルでは世界中に散らばった参加者、観客はそのヘッドフォンを通じて音楽を共有できます。ヘッドフォンを通じて物理的につながっているのです。そこにはこのフェスティバルでしかあり得ない体験が待っています!

パリでは9回目を迎えるプラカー。日本でも2002年の初開催から5回目を迎え、さらに広がっていきます!
例年のように一回だけの開催ではなく、オーガナイザまでも公募制とし、様々な場所で、様々な状況でのプラカーの可能性を探求していきます。

現在、7/22〜23の名古屋-岐阜エリアでのmobil placard、7/29〜30の東京 – 八広ハイチでのPlacard Tokyo、そして7/30の京都etwでの開催につきまして、参加者を募集しております!

是非、皆様、お誘い合わせの上、遊びにいらしてください! そしてミュージシャンの方々、オーガナイザの方々、一緒にプラカーを盛り上げていきましょう!

Hello, This is Daisuke Ishida from Le Placard JP.
We will be open Heaphone Music Festival “Le Placard JP” in this year 2006!
this year will be a bit different.
we call for players as usual and additionally organizers, too!
currently, we have in Tokyo(multiple venues and time), Nagoya-Gifu area(with BUS!) and Kyoto.
we are preparing the guide for organizers.

“Le Placard” 9th edition has began!
the theme of this festival is “headphone music for headphone people”.
There is no PA, but just headphones! if you want to play in this festival, just entry on our web site!

Le Placard festival is started in Paris. Currently, Placard is holding in many countries and cities. those are connected with internet and communicating using Music, Chat and Webcams.

Although Headphone is just a tool for listening music alone, in this festival, we can share same music – same moment through your headphone!
we are connected with headphone’s cable directly and physically.

in Paris, Placard is 9th edition. we have started japanese version since 2003, so this year is 5th edition.
as Le Placard Japan, we are also calling for organizers. we are expecting many situations and styles.
let me know if you got a nice plan!
